Q: How do I sign up?

A: Go to the website home page or click on the button below. First payment is taken on the day you sign up or after any free trial period comes to an end if applicable.

Q: How do I download the app.

A: Please ensure you sign up using the links via our website. Once signed up you can then visit the App or Google store to download the app. Once downloaded use your username and password that you created when signing up.

 

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

A: Yes you can cancel at anytime here at the gym-vettese.hype-burst.com/dashboard login to your account, go to billing, click update my billing info, update or cancel plan. After you have cancelled your contract, please click here to have your personal data deleted.

Q: Are the workouts suitable for beginners?

A: Yes, there is a beginners Plan, and a beginners section in the On Demand area of the App, exercise alternatives are offered when needed.

Q: Do you instructions on how to use the Nutrition Section?

Q: How much does access to the App cost?

A: Full access to the App is £6.99 per month or £59.99 per year.

Q: What will I have access to?

A: You will have full access to everything offered on the App. On Demand workouts, HIIT, Kettlebell, Dumbbell, Barbell, Core. Exercise plans which include Daily Challenge, Full Body, 4 Week Gym Program, Lift It Up Challenge, Lose weight Build Muscle, 14 Day Home Shred, 6 week Strength Training, Beginners Low Impact.

Track your Nutrition, the app calculates your personalised calories and macros needed to reach your goals, and you can track your meals to ensure you are hitting your nutritional goals

Q: Do I need equipment?

A: You do not need equipment for HIIT or Core, but you will need to invest in, a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell or a studio barbell to participate in the weights workouts. We recommend you source your equipment from Mirafit or if you are on a budget Argos

Q: What weight equipment will I need?

A: Ladies we suggest a kettlebell between 4kg-10kg, dumbbells 3kg-6kg. For men we would suggest a kettlebell between 8kg-12kg, dumbbells 6kg-12kg. However please use a weight you are comfortable with.

Q: Will I be able to view the workouts on my TV?

If your TV has the feature to cast from your mobile device yes you can, if your TV isn't compatible there are lots of free casting apps available on the app store or google play that's you can download, there are also adapters at a low cost, from amazon, phone connection to HDMI. Q: What is HIIT?

A: HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training, which means short bursts of 100% effort followed by rest periods. It gets your heart rate up and burns fat, which is an effective method for fat loss.
