From the ABPU East of England Qualifier 2022, which was held at Mammoth Gym Lowestoft. I competed in the M1 U60KG. I achieved British Records for Squat and Bench for M1 U60KG.
Bodyweight on the day was 57.8kg
Squat Record 110kg, Bench Record 65kg, Total score (including Deadlift) 307.5kg
I have just received my certificates which I am so proud of, and I will have framed and put up in the gym.
